Rock Blaster

Rock Blaster is a momentum shooter: your ship keeps moving after you stop thrusting, and the rocks wrap around the screen instead of disappearing. That combination turns every shot into a small physics problem.

Large rocks split into two medium rocks, and mediums split again. The safest strategy is to clear the small fragments first, because a screen full of fast pebbles is much harder to dodge than one big slow rock.

Three lives, endless waves, and a score that climbs quickly if you resist the urge to fly straight at the biggest target.

How to play Rock Blaster

• Rotate with the left and right arrows or A and D.
• Thrust with the up arrow or the THRUST button. The ship keeps drifting when you let go.
• Fire with Space or the FIRE button. Bullets travel in the direction the ship faces.
• Clear every rock to spawn the next, denser wave.

Tips & strategy

In a momentum game, position matters more than aim. The best shot is the one that leaves you somewhere safe to drift.

• Tap thrust instead of holding it. Small corrections keep you controllable; long burns send you across the screen.
• Shoot the small rocks first. They move faster and are harder to dodge than the large ones you just created.
• Fire from a distance. Close-range shots put you inside the fragment cloud when the rock splits.
• Use the screen wrap deliberately. Exiting one edge and reappearing on the other is a legitimate escape route.
• Keep one side of the screen clear so you always have a retreat lane when the field gets crowded.
• When a wave is nearly clear, slow down. The last rock is usually the one that catches a moving ship.
