Aim Trainer is a compact aim drill: targets appear one at a time, and you have thirty seconds to hit as many as possible. Every hit records your reaction time; every miss lowers your accuracy.
The score rewards speed, but accuracy is the stat that matters. Spraying clicks at the general area produces a worse score than waiting half a second longer and hitting cleanly.
It is a useful warm-up before a shooter, and a surprisingly competitive score chase on its own.
How to play Aim Trainer
- Press Start Drill to begin the thirty-second timer.
- Click or tap the centre of each target as quickly as you can.
- A hit spawns a new target and records your reaction time.
- At the end you get score, accuracy, average reaction time and your best.
Tips & strategy
Aim is a speed-accuracy trade-off. The best scores come from moving the cursor efficiently, not from clicking constantly.
- Move your cursor in a straight line to the target instead of tracing an arc; the shortest path is also the fastest.
- Do not click until the cursor is on the target. Misses cost accuracy and reset your rhythm.
- Use the target's centre dot as the aim point, not its outer ring.
- After a hit, keep your cursor near the middle of the screen so the next target is never far away.
- If you notice yourself tensing up, slow down for two targets — smooth movement is faster than jittery corrections.
- Chase accuracy first. A 95% run at a moderate pace usually beats a 70% run at full speed.
